2: Size 4

Referee
·
A Senior Referee will be assigned to each
game. No payment is to be made.
·
May explain
an infraction of the rules to the offending player without undue delay of
game.

7: Duration of
Game
·
Teams will
play four 15 minute quarters with 2
minutes between quarters and 5 minutes at half time.
·
Change goals
after each quarter. Coaches may agree to change at half and must notify the referee.
·
All players
must play at least 3 quarters of the game. Rotate positions in order to give all
players experience in all positions. A player can only play goalie for a maximum
of two quarters.
·
Substitution at the end
of a quarter, after a goal, on own throw in, goal kick, and in case of
injury

Normal FIFA
fouls will be called, including hand balls, off sides, obstruction, pushing,
dangerous play

Additionally,
a "foul" is any play which could possibly result in injury

standard FIFA rules dictate.

kicks will be awarded for
intentional fouls inside the goal box.

bad throw in (possession changes to other team)

Opponents
must be outside the box.

Ball must
travel out of the goal box before it is touched.

go anywhere in the goal box.

Sense
·
Opponents
and their supporters take opposite sides of the field

No parents
or coaches behind the Goals
·
Players must
wear shinguards covered by socks. No watches, jewelry, or earrings may be
worn.
·
Keep all
instruction and comments POSITIVE.
·
Coaches are
responsible for the parents and non-playing team members
Law
19: Red Cards
·
Player or
Coach receiving a RED card is disqualified from the game and ineligible
for the next game. Any parent
receiving a RED card is ineligible to attend the next two
games.
·
A field
player who stops a goal using hands will be given a YELLOW card and a PK will be
awarded.
